The appointment is necessary, but you are always free to walk in, call or short notice as we may have a cancellation or opening.
We always advise our clients to get to the salon on their day of appointment as early as possible at least 10minute before time, this will enable you to relax and get yourself ready for you hair care.
We are sorry we will have to reschedule your appointment once you come excessively, but on rare cases whereby the next client also is not ready, we may consider your office.
If any situation arises where you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request you give us prior notice at least 12hours ahead. You will have to bear the cost of the service booked for late cancellations.
