There is not a static amount that we can offer you for a nail treatment. As you know that there are different varieties of nail care treatments, so the cost will be according to them. If a person wants one nail care treatment, then it will be charged according to that one treatment only, and someone wants to get more than one treatment, then the nail care cost will also increase accordingly. Additionally, the cost of a particular nail care treatment is not static. It usually changes after some time.
Yes, we use a particular oil for nail treatments. It is a completely organic oil that we use to treat the nails of our customers. It is not like the ordinary oils that people use for massaging or some other purposes, but the oil we use is particularly manufactured for nail treatments. It does not only offer a particular treatment to your nails but it also makes them stronger and make them shine to look beautiful.
Well, there are different packages for every client. We have different deals that you can use as per your need. All of those packages contain different nail treatments in combo that you will get. When you will get any of those packages, then you will not have to ask for any treatment but only sit down on the chair. The treatments will be given to you as per described in the package. Additionally, these packages come with exceptional discounts. If you will get any of those packages, then you will pay quite a low amount of cash as compared to the amount that you will be paid if you will get all the treatments individually without package.
The time duration of treatment is not static because there are different procedures for each treatment in the salon. Some treatments long for a while some completes in a short time. Additionally, there could appear any sudden issue during the treatment due to which we have to switch to the other one. Although, the shortest treatment in our salon is almost 30 minutes long and the longest treatment is 2 hours long.
Yes, of course. We always sterilize our tools. It is written in policy that no tool will be used for nail treatment until it is properly sterilized because we properly realize that if any tool is used without sterilization, then there could appear some of the hazardous diseases to our client. This is the reason that we have a proper team at back end whose duty is to sterilize all the nail treatment tools and then forward them to the nail treatment specialist for use.
Well, there are lots of ways in which you can contact our experts. First of all, you can visit our website and make your appointment over there. You will have the option to select the date and time on your own choice, and also the expert from which you want to get treatment if he/she is available that day. Additionally, if you want to contact the expert personally, then you have to visit that expert’s portfolio where you will find his/her contact number.
Yes, you have to book your appointment in advance. We do not offer any kind of services to those clients that come to our salon without an appointment because we have a proper scheduled routine according to which we have to deal out clients. So, if you want to get our services, then you must have to book your appointment in advance.
Yes, we have. We have all kind of facilities including nail spa and manicure. We have all the latest equipment and tools that are useful to offer any kind of nail treatment. So, you will get the best services of nail spa and manicure if you visit our salon.
The discounts are not really static. It means that we do not regularly offer discounts. Our rates are fixed. Although, if there is any occasion like Christmas or the new year, then we offer special discounts to our customers. Additionally, you can get discounts if you get our packages.
No, our services are not refundable. Although, we offer great satisfaction to our customers. It is our record that not a single person had given any bad review about our service. In the case that if you are not satisfied with our service, then we will offer you treatment in any other way. If you have allergies, or you are on medication, your waxing specialist should be informed before your appointment. Antibiotics and topical acne medications can make your skin more sensitive and potentially susceptible to some skin lifting.
Pregnancy is not affected by waxing. Once in a while, your skin may be a bit more sensitive, but your waxing specialist will discuss this with you, before your appointment.

To avoid skin lifting during treatment, sunburns needs to be healed before waxing to prevent. Rashes and other skin irritations must be treated as well, to avoid similar injury.

We suggest you avoid the gym or workouts for 24-48 hours, after your services because sweating and increased heat in sensitive areas can irritate the skin
Hot showers and hot tubs can cause irritation and infection. Try to keep freshly waxed areas free from humid environments for 24-48 hours.
A loose-fitting cotton clothing is preferable. The tight dress can increase the chance of irritation or infection.
Stay away from lotions, deodorant or oils for several hours after waxing. Blocked pores can result from using any products not offered as post-care, directly after waxing.

You are free to come in any comfortable wears you feel like wearing if you are enjoying different services you will be provided with a robe and slippers. Your comfort is our priority.
We will always try our best to secure your property once you are in our salon, but in rare cases where you lose any of your items, the salon will not be held responsible as we do not guarantee full security on your property. Kindly keep all valuable things with you or give it to your stylist to help keep an eye on it.
Oh yes! We don’t mind you bringing your kids, but we would like to let you caution your kids before heading to the salon as we may stop your kids from coming if they keep getting in the way. Thanks for your understanding.
The appointment is necessary, but you are always free to walk in, call or short notice as we may have a cancellation or opening.
We always advise our clients to get to the salon on their day of appointment as early as possible at least 10minute before time, this will enable you to relax and get yourself ready for you hair care.
We are sorry we will have to reschedule your appointment once you come excessively, but on rare cases whereby the next client also is not ready, we may consider your office.
If any situation arises where you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request you give us prior notice at least 12hours ahead. You will have to bear the cost of the service booked for late cancellations.
Oh yes! You will always receive a reminder forty-eight to twenty-four hours before your appointment, and this will be sent through the mail or the registered number.
